Thus, whether you wish to indulge in a dinner comprising of dishes from all parts of the globe or just a hearty Aberdeen Angus steak with French Fries and salad selection, your tastes will be met. Within the menus detailed here there are a number of vegetarian dishes. We will be pleased to cater for any other special dietary requirements, however, these should be advised upon arrival at the hotel (if staying overnight) or at the time of making your table reservation. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, dining from either our seasonal a la carte or our Indigo Easi menus. |

If you fancy a light lunch, a cocktail or a cappucino, the Indigo lounge menu is available daily from midday till 2.00pm. During the evening, guests are welcome to choose from a selection of grazing board, light dishes, dine in the restaurant, or select from the extensive room service menu available in your bedroom.
