Conferences
at the Ardington Hotel
There
are a number a rooms in the hotel provided for meetings, conferences,
seminars and presentations.
All suites
are provided with a working wall to enable:
- The suspension
of wipeboard, flipchart, projector screens, thus freeing up
valuable floor space
- The visual
storage of written work for later reference.
Tea and coffee
is provided on arrival with breaks to suit your schedule and light
buffet luncheons.

In the Eden room, you can present your VDU screen or
slides onto a large projector screen using a ceiling mounted
shelf and required in-built terminals, all by remote control.

The Eden Room can be rearranged theatre style for 60
delegates. This room has the additional feature of an air
change facility providing a complete air change in the room
every six minutes.

The
Venetian Room can be similarly arrange theatre
style for 50 guests. This room has secondary double glazing
to ensure against any unwanted interruptions. The room is fully air conditioned.

Small
seminars can also be catered for as in the Steyne Room
- this room also has secondary double glazings and is fully air conditioned.

All
rooms are provided with:
Lighting:
- Extensive
natural light supplemented by recessed and track mounted low
voltage spots. All are controlled by dimmers on various circuits
for maximum flexibility
- The Eden
room has 7 different pre-set lighting levels.
- There are
blinds on all windows for total blackout.
Miscellaneous:
- Telephone
point with direct dial plus room to room communication.
- Numerous
13 amp power point both in skirting and floor recessed.
- Sound system.
- Complimetary WIFI.
Audio Visual:
- We have
in-house 27" remote control monitors and VHS video players,
OHP's and screens, flipchart stands, powerpoint projector. Any additional equipment
will be quoted for in accordance with your requirements.
